If that's not the engagement you're looking for, we're probably not the right firm and we'll tell you early.

    2. You hear back within two business days, usually with questions.
    3. If it looks like a fit, a 30-minute call to pressure test the problem before anyone talks scope.
    4. If it isn't, we tell you and point you somewhere better.
