For a NYC-based property management firm, we built a custom web application that brought several operating workflows into one place: project management, work orders, owner reporting, proposals and estimates, and rental brokerage operations. The platform integrated with QuickBooks for estimates and invoicing, and with Mailchimp and Postmark for email notifications and newsletters.
The impact was immediate: the team spent less time writing emails, preparing admin updates, and pulling together information by hand. That freed them up to take on more work without adding headcount, while making owner reporting and estimate preparation faster and easier to manage.
