Some of our work
Custom web and mobile application with QuickBooks integration
We built a web application for a property management firm that centralized all of their services and supported bespoke internal workflows: project management, work order management, owner reporting, proposals and estimates, and rental brokerage operations. It integrated fully with external tools: QuickBooks for estimates and invoicing, and Mailchimp and Postmark for email notifications and newsletters.
Taking over a legacy investment brokerage application
We took full ownership of an existing real estate investment brokerage application running in production, continued its development, cleaned out technical debt, and put continuous testing and deployment in place.
Sales automation, integrations, and custom analytics
For a real estate brokerage and fix-and-flip operation, we migrated the CRM and used it as the foundation for a fully automated sales and marketing platform. We also built a custom analytics platform that draws on historical transaction and construction data to drive better acquisitions and underwriting.
