    Your Whole Tech Team

    We own your technology department. We take over all development, maintenance, and execution against the roadmap, and work side by side with your executive team to define where the technology goes. We can start from scratch or take over a legacy codebase. This model includes a CTO function handling team and roadmap management, engineering strategy, and executive advisory, alongside engineering delivery, testing, and maintenance. You get senior technical leadership and hands-on execution without hiring an internal team.

    We Own One Piece

    We take ownership of a specific part of your business and deliver a focused solution. We then stay on to monitor, maintain, and expand it. We collaborate with your executive team and other stakeholders, internal or external, to make sure it lands. Examples of pieces we own include AI-powered enterprise search, sales and marketing platforms, and finance and accounting automation. This model typically bundles technology licensing with services for custom integration and support.

    Who we are

    Fine Art Ventures is run by Amar Sehic, Krenar Roka and Tommaso Montagni, the three founders behind Rubik, a New York City investment platform that helped REITs, hedge funds, and family offices deploy capital into single-family rentals. Rubik used data science and machine learning to source proprietary investment opportunities and was acquired in January 2025.

    Before FAV, we built and operated the technology we depended on: underwriting systems, sourcing tools, investor workflows, data pipelines, marketing automation, and internal operating software. We have been involved in over $200M in real estate transactions and invest in real estate ourselves.

    That is the difference: we are not technologists trying to learn real estate. We are real estate operators who build software.

    We take on a small number of clients and go deep. That means we're selective: we work with real estate companies that are investing in technology for the long term, that want a team to own outcomes rather than fill seats, and that value senior judgment. If that's not the engagement you're looking for, we're probably not the right firm and we'll tell you early.
